His entrepreneurial journey began shortly thereafter when he founded the Boston Cable Company, which grew into a successful utility contracting business with over 200 employees. After selling the company to his partners, he launched another venture focused on private cable TV systems across the U.S., eventually selling that business in 2006. David's career has also included custom home building in New Jersey and work in the insurance and financial services sector. In 2013, he brought his rich and varied background into real estate—where his strategic thinking, negotiating skills, and lifelong commitment to service have allowed him to guide clients with confidence and care.
